Image Rights Assignment

Attendees acknowledge and accept that they may appear in images and/or recordings taken by the Organization and various media outlets for the subsequent dissemination and/or promotion of Vinoble for informational and/or promotional purposes, and they accept such use by the Organization and accredited media.

Therefore, attendees authorize the Organization to use and exploit the aforementioned images and/or recordings taken during the event and their subsequent dissemination for the purposes indicated in the previous paragraph.

All of this is without prejudice to the users’ right to exercise their corresponding rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. For more details, please consult the section “Protection and Processing of Personal Data” in our Legal Notice and General Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Terms and conditions:

  • The Vinoble organization will only allow entry to previously accredited professional visitors from the sector.
  • Access to the Hall will be permitted until half an hour before closing time.
  • Access to the Hall is limited to the maximum capacity allowed on the premises.
  • Admission to Vinoble is strictly prohibited to minors under the age of 18 (whether alone or accompanied), in accordance with Madrid Regional Law 5/2002 of June 27, both during setup and dismantling, as well as during the days of the event.
  • Unauthorized animals are not permitted.
  • The Vinoble organization will not tolerate any behavior by visitors that does not comply with basic rules of conduct.
  • The Vinoble organization reserves the right of admission.
  • Attendees are reminded that Vinoble is an exhibition event. Tasting the products on display at the various stands is at the discretion of the exhibitor.
  • To taste the wines of the Vinoble exhibitors, attendees must purchase a glass at the entrance to the exhibition hall.

Requirements for groups:

  • Group accreditation requests should be sent only via the contact form on the website www.vinoble.org, stating the number of people and the specific date of the visit.
  • The organization will evaluate applications in strict order of arrival until the daily group quota is filled.
  • The organization reserves the right to accept groups based on established criteria, permitted capacity, the number of groups per day, the number of people in the group, and to cancel any applications that are incomplete.
  • Groups must comply with the following conditions without exception:
    • Groups must meet the following conditions without exception: Educational institutions must offer degrees related to the field of oenology and/or sommelier studies. Students must be over 18 years of age and accompanied by a minimum of one teacher per group and a maximum of three.
    • Other groups must prove their direct relationship with the wine sector, as well as its main activity.
