Naturally sweet wine being made by sundried grapes.
Hatzidakis Vinsanto 2004 is 80% Assyrtiko and 20% Aidani grape, both of which are indigenous white grapes of Santorini.
Also it undergoes maturation in French oak barrels for 14 years minimum.
Deep red/amber color with caramel reflections, intense aromas of dried fruits, raisins, honey, butter caramel and minerality. Full and velvety on the palate with balanced sweetness and freshness of acidity. Long aftertaste of candied orange peel.
