SAMOS VDN
The grapes come from vineyards in semi-mountainous soils with a southern orientation. The soil is shale and well drained and the vineyard, which is dry, is cultivated in terraces. They have a low per acre yield of approximately 800 kg per acre and the harvest is done manually in the early hours of the morning.A fine wine produced from white Muschat Samos in a non-oxidizing style, giving us an impressive result, with amazing freshness and flavors of ripe fruits such as peach, apricot, delicate sweetness and notes of honey that gives flavor richness and duration. A modern VIN DOUX NATUREL that creates unique experiences of flavors and aromas, enchants and challenges lovers of dessert wines, offering them a taste upliftment of the senses that is not limited to the glass but extends beyond it to infinite combinations with culinary dishes such as pear tarts with Roquefort, Seafood lasagna with white velvet béchamel, Tourteau fromagé or even white meats cooked with fruit.
